Also, I'm not sure what the joke even is or really, what's happening at all. What is being visually conveyed? Is Phylis too drunk? Who's talking in the fourth panel? It seems like it should be Fritzi but the dialogue bubble is closer to the other lady and her mouth is open while Fritzi's is closed. I'm assuming it's Fritzi because that would be a "joke." What does this say about her as a person? Also, why is Phylis so surprised? (I guess that's what's being depicted.) This is truly awful.
