>>681Yeah, it was pretty neat.
It highlights a problem with the time reset more than the other episodes in there's really no reason in Yumi prioritizing any social predicaments over going to the factory after knowing about X.A.N.A waking up. Pretty sure most episodes had the kids already in some sort of situation before that, but in this one, Yumi just decides to stay around in the school. I guess she could've stayed to help others from getting killed? But that ends up being pretty irrelevant, and it's not as if trying to stop real life dangers has ever been sucessful for the kids except maybe the poison gas episode.
Also, the whole thing with the laser targeting Yumi makes me think about them never thinking about X.A.N.A's awareness, sometimes it's just mindless attempted mass killings and others it's targetting the kids, they never commented about how it's directly awarenof them after the clone episode. I wonder if the writers are gonna findna way to give it a personality.
Also also, interesting comment.
