Now, I'm not sure if this came from too much talking to MEX but I essentially dreamed of a cool, new HRPG. I'll get this out of the way that I'm not exactly sure if I found it titillating, that wasn't the affect from what I could gather from it. But for reasons I'll discuss below, I was essentially "playing" the female character so it would have been AGP if I did.
Anyway, let me start it off with this, a pervasive thought I've had within my dreams is the possibility to influence them with outside sources directly. This is often the sole thing keeping me from realizing a lucid dream is a dream and I often completely buy it within the dream itself. So, in the dream, I was playing a game. And this game is basically text-
Biznasty HRPG with free movement (and some other weird shit, we'll get to it after the pretext is out of the way.) In the dream, I was consciously making myself talk in the FemMC's voice and also outloud, to other people in the real world as a base for VA and improv. If my voice is quiet enough, I can make it go fairly high-pitched. Still there are times when I would speak too quietly or have my voice break or crack. The whole point was to have my speaking voice heard by both myself and the people outside of the dream without waking myself up. In the intermittent darkness that occurs with dreams, especially ones I manually "reset" because they get boring, I often wonder about the real world with varying degrees of plausible deniability. This time I thought to myself "I should get my friend on dicsord to help give prompts next time" which is absolutely fucked.

Well, the FemMC is incredibly gregarious and dumb. She's blonde and blue-eyed. She's incredibly perky. Right now, she's clicking all the boxes for my "stock female character" especially ones that I'd create to waifu. She's also psychic (which is a latent element added later into the dream. Psychics are an emergent property in things I tend to write, especially in regards to sex and the female sex. I blame early exposure to X-Men.) For some reason, and this sticks with every appearance she has,(in my dream's mind, multiple games)her fashion sense is decidedly New Wave. She has an open bomber jacket, a black, white, and gray shirt with some diagonal geometric patterns on it and teal bell bottoms. Her hair is swept to the side and spiked up with gel but she also has it traditionally fall to the sides- she has a lot of hair.
She lives with some kind of unspecified female roomate in a weird sort of abstract trailer made of vanta-black that absorbs ambient lighting. She also has a tendency to get attached to stoic assholes that are completely indifferent to their status as "her boyfriend" and one of which was Puerto Rican™. Now this means a lot to me who's aware of how unconsciously repetitive this is but it probably means nothing to you.
I think, later, I'm not sure if I was barely awake or just waking, I decided she'd be a literal princess and that she'd be to some extent baby-crazy (more reused assets; I'm not sure if I'd want to keep it or go even further and have it justify what could easily be read as having a hedonistic attitude) and that this absolute moron's attempt to find a suitor would overthrow a well-meaning but inept democracy with a dysgenic monarchy. This is all because I envisioned her, once, with a hennin.

>>46855So what is the actual game like? Well, then it gets a little blurry. I remember every "instance" that I reset starts off with a horror prompt. So the most divisive of divisive when it comes to eroge. I think the focus very rapidly shifts to a black comedy where all of these stock Nipponese guroge/ryona tropes are confronted with a woman with endless enthusasium, an incredibly lax attitude to sex (and presumably, getting
DIAPERd), and who. never. stops. talking. (and- another late idea, I think, dreamwise- whose constant babbling manifests as intrusive thoughts to anyone within her vicinity.)
So what are the specific scenarios that I remember? Not many. The first, chronologically, is something about interrogating some kind of horrific koi fishman who- female foil- sees no use in keep pressing after she fishes them out (with a fishing rod, of course) and who, /ourgirl/ insists to keep pulling out of the water and that they're not dead even when they start to decompose into clumps of meat- and she's continuously right to do so.
The next is some scenario where she's trapped in a bedroom in a manor of vampires. She calls to a vampire to get him to suck blood from an asscheek and then lick her ass. This was meant to be a plan of hers to escape but the vampire reminds her that she's not even supposed to be in this game and that her appearance is essentially relegated to a cameo.
Then there's the third, let's say it's the same castle. There's some big dramatic escape sequence which is real-time-but-screen-
Biznasty and you have to lead her and some (2 (two)) jobber knights to an exit. There's a Final Fantasy-esque job system in regards to leveling though it appears to also be able to be changed in the inventory screen. The "jobs" are equally esoteric as the rest of this horseshit- there's something about wetsuit job that lets you spontaneously combust. The inventory screen of course includes equipment. The equipment is all very standard JRPG fair but literally all of the battles are fought and decided automatically and you have no way of knowing the odds before or after the encounter. This is basically a way to hard-force delays in progression with a bullshit puzzle that isn't really a puzzle and it makes the typical obscurant stagmires of adventure games (which this ostensibly is at the end of the day) all the more frustrating. It's also pretty resilient to Googling unless you want to break out a spreadsheet. Luckily, (the game is FP) all of the monsters are visible (as flat sprites, like DOOM) on the map so there's not the issue of the everpresent quantum random battle.
Some quick things to go over. There's a scene where a bunch of movie monsters in a manor start fighting each other, presumably over the princess, presumably also over raping and impregnating her. I don't really have a clear grasp on her personality, even now, so I don't know how cool she'd be with that, and maybe that's kind of how I'd want the player to feel.
There's also a text-
Biznasty fighting game sequence (yes, you heard that right, and if you could predict it, this game has voice integration and you couldn't have predicted this; motion capture) and I envisioned one of my collaborators sending himself flying onto the floor because he did a backwards jumping motion every time he used "HEADBUTT" on a minotaur. This is not how physics work in real life. I am so incredibly retarded for thinking that this game was real because the prevailing thought after all this bullshit was to wake up and tell my buddy to hope on VC so I could go back to sleep.
