Every thread was reporting -4 on the actual reply count, that should be fixed.

If you think about it, hsg is kind of like a private groupchat, but public and out in the open where anyone can see.

>>252This one turned out to really shake up my mindset, actually.
In my effort to clear mental bandwith, I'm also vowing to not start any new games, indefinitely. I'll plink away at any left in-progress, or those I've "beaten" that get updates (fingers crossed DD2) but after living like I have for so long, I owe myself a decade of books.
May I hold out.

I can't find my physical dream journal at the moment, so saving here for later.
A dream where I'm in a small dining room with a blonde princess. She had this obsession with golden things, and kept trying to pull statues and trophies off the walls and throw them into the fireplace to see if they would melt down. Why, I didn't ask. A distinct "plot" point was that she cut open a pumpkin and pressed a golden statue into the flesh, leaving a solid impression.
Wresting her to the courtyard to make less trouble; my time was then divided between scolding her off from destroying things and projecting an image of harmless cordial professionalism to the king (he was like your typical jokey, stubby, kindly Dragon Quest King with zero gravitas) and convincing him I had no designs on his daughter or his treasures.
At some point near the end, a maid comes up to present the king with the pumpkin from earlier as "evidence" (of what, I can't say)

>>259Only whole dream fragment tonight is…
Visiting the attached bakery in a school cafeteria/wholesale club style setting. The only thing I bought was a Reese's Pieces chip cookie, and was a whole $1.65 a serving, but was soft, chewy, and delicious. One of those dreams where you get to guiltlessly enjoy food.
